Our coaching team brings 15+ years of experience mentoring students across FIRST® robotics programs, including FIRST LEGO League (FLL), FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC), and FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC). The team’s coaching journey spans from 2010 to the present, with continuous, hands-on involvement in multiple competition seasons at both regional and national levels.
FIRST LEGO League (FLL):
Over 15 years of coaching experience, guiding teams in robot design, core values, innovation projects, programming fundamentals, and competition strategy. Coaches emphasize foundational engineering principles, structured problem-solving, and confident student presentations.
FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC):
More than 11 years of experience coaching award-winning FTC teams (since 2014), covering advanced mechanical design, modular robot architecture, motion control, autonomous programming, sensor integration, and match strategy. Teams are mentored through full build cycles, iterative testing, and competition readiness.
FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC):
7+ years of experience supporting FRC-level concepts (since 2018), including large-scale mechanical systems, prototyping, systems integration, and real-world engineering workflows.
Across all programs, coaches bring expertise in system architecture, mechanical engineering, software development, data-driven decision-making, and analytics-based strategy. The coaching approach focuses on long-term student growth, helping participants develop not only competitive robots but also strong engineering habits, teamwork, leadership skills, and confidence.
