Learning Hive offers comprehensive FIRST® LEGO® League coaching designed to support students both during the competition season (August–December) and throughout the off-season with advanced skill-building and mentorship.
Competition Season Coaching (Aug–Dec)
During the FLL season, our coaches work closely with teams to prepare for competition success. Students receive guided support in robot design, programming, core values, and game strategy. Through hands-on practice and iterative problem-solving, teams refine their robots, improve autonomous performance, and build confidence for tournaments.
Off-Season Mentorship & Tutoring (Jan–July)
In the off-season, students dive deeper into engineering through our Advanced Robotics Design & Programming program. Designed to strengthen FLL readiness, students learn to build competition-ready robots, create modular attachments, and master Python-based programming with sensor integration for precise autonomous movement. Learners explore CAD design, 3D printing, Raspberry Pi systems, GitHub version control, and professional engineering documentation. By the end of the program, students develop a fully functional robot and a public technical portfolio—building strong foundations for future FLL seasons and long-term STEM success.
